Add NodeGraphQt to base dependencies

The flow graph widget in the GUI requires NodeGraphQt, but it wasn't in the base dependencies. This caused import errors when running the GUI from a fresh venv. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <[email protected]>
