- Add `smarttools providers install` interactive guide for installing AI CLIs
- Fix OpenCode install URL (remove .sh suffix)
- Auto-refresh PATH after provider installation
- Fix incorrect npm package names in docs:
  - @anthropic-ai/claude-code (not claude-cli)
  - @openai/codex (not codex-cli)
