- Add DARK_THEME stylesheet alongside existing LIGHT_THEME
- Add load_theme() function to load themes by name
- Support custom themes via ~/.cmdforge/theme.qss
- Add View menu with Theme submenu for switching themes
- Persist theme choice in QSettings across sessions
- Update META_TOOLS.md to reflect implemented dependency commands
